Bill's appetite for southern rock started at the age of 14, when he bought one of his first albums "Second Helping" by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Moving through progressive rock, pop and 80's bands he settled down and had a family. Little did he know, he'd come full circle 30 years later when he had the opportunity to join the southern rock band "Lukyn Skywyrd". He played 9 great years with them. The southern rock took over in his blood and continues to bring that solid, steady "Nuthin Fancy" low end to "Gimme Skynyrd". Bill feels blessed to be able to play with these talented musicians.
